Androgen responsive, over 2-fold up- or downregulated genes in LNCaP-pcDNA3.1 cell line at 24h according to microarray expression analysis

The data is from ArrayExpress (E-MEXP-2286), Processed data file. The values were normalized with repeated median polishing per chip and gene for each cell line separately. Subsequently, signal values in each treatment were divided by the signal value of the 0 nM DHT treatment of the same cell line at the same time point and genes changing less than two fold were filtered out.
