Description
Gene expression data was downloaded directly from the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia website. According to the website, raw Affymetrix CEL files were converted to a single value for each probeset using RMA and quantile normalization. The probeset used was ENTREZG v15 from the BrainArray project.
