Effect of dihydrotestosterone on microRNA expression of LNCaP-pcDNA and ARhi treated with DHT

The Data is from ArrayExpress database (E-MEXP-2602), Processed data file. This data was normalized using lowess normalization and values for each treatment were divided by the value of 0 nM treatment of the same cell line at the same time point. Only the seventeen miRNAs that were >1.5-fold up- or downregulated upon dihydrotestosterone treatment in the cell lines are presented.

Please notice, that log2-scale does not show negative values currently.
