MicroRNA expression profiling of 102 patient samples originating from 3 normal lymph nodes (LN-normal), 12 lymph node metastases (LN-PCa), 11 normal adjacent prostates (NAP), 50 local organ-confined prostate carcinomas (PCa), 4 normal trans-urethral resection of the prostate (TURP-normal) and 22 prostate carcinomas obtained from trans-urethral resection of the prostate (TURP-PCa).

The raw data is from ArrayExpress (E-TABM-794), and the hybridization signals are background subtracted and quantile normalized.
