Description

Searching targets for miR-32 and miR-148a. To identify target genes for miR-32 and miR-148a, mRNA microarray analysis was performed with LNCaP cells transfected with pre-miR-32 and pre-miR-148a.

The data is from ArrayExpress database (E-MEXP-2943), Processed data file. Data was transformed and ratios of Cy5/Cy3 were calculated using GeneSpring GX Agilent 2-color technology. Microarray was done in duplicate and results were avaraged.

Please notice that values are ratios and log2-scale does not show negative values currently.
